We believe that you will be satisfied with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not, please contact us immediately upon receiving your parcel to make arrangements. [within 7 days of receiving your parcel]

When you are returning the products please make sure that it is in it's original packaging and also enclose a copy of your purchase order & receipt and return by Registered Post so the parcel can be tracked.

Please note: We cannot refund any postage charges on return of goods. Please contact us for approval prior to returning the products.
